Advice, After-sales, Installation and Re-location

Our Services

In addition to designing, manufacturing and supplying our award-winning high performance Hospital and Hospice Visitor beds, we offer the following optional support services, to help our customers get the very most out of our products.

Expert Advice

Why not discuss your project, including any special requests, with one of our highly experienced technical staff, who fully understand all the relevant requirements and constraints. If your space seems too tight, don’t just assume that our products won’t fit, often they can be modified to do so. (Helpline: 020 7439 1066)

After-Sales Service

This includes supplying spare parts, replacements, undertaking repairs, or arranging the periodic servicing of our Visitor beds – (we recommend a full service just once every 5 years). The laminated safety/operating instructions permanently fitted to all our Visitor beds, explain how to contact us, in the unlikely event of a problem.

Installation Service

To ensure that our wall beds have been securely and correctly installed, at the start of their exceptionally long service lives, we normally arrange to deliver, unload, place and install them for our customers and our experienced fitters are equally at home working on a ‘live’ Ward, a Ward refurbishment, or a new-build site.

Re-location Service

Being counterbalanced, our wall beds and matching furniture need to be fixed securely to the wall behind, but they can be unfixed and moved, if required and we are able to re-locate and re-install our wallbeds for our customers – (please see also the Addenbookes Hospital Case Study 1 and Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Case Study 7).
